Scandendo is a book-design studio. This notice explains what information we collect when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

Project inquiries. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and project details you choose to share.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage your project.
To send occasional newsletter emails, only if you subscribed.
To keep our own records of the work we've discussed and delivered.

Who can see it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — for example our website host and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email us.
